Bundled Scrap

The cold rolled sheet cutting scrap which is collected from automobile industries are made into bundles of various sizes according to the choice of foundry people. We own about four hydraulic press bundling machine to bundle the materials collected. We are capable of producing about 10 MT of bundled scrap in a single shift. Currently we are handling 2000 Tons of steel scrap and 2000 Tons of Carton boxes and 850 Tons of Plastics Scrap. The carton boxes shredded and bundled it by automatic machine and sending to Paper Mills. Plastic scraps made in granules to send it to various Places like Bangalore and Mumbai per month with a turnover around 30 Cr.

Cutting Machine

We control a cutting machine to cut the iron and steel scraps material into small components to suit small furnaces

Stock Yard

Our Godown is located at No.22, Kandur Village Sriperumbadur Taluk Kancheepuram district 602108. We hold a stock yard of 7 Acres and 1,28,000 Sq. Ft. of covered shed.

Transportation

We nearly run 45 Lorries to clear the scrap from the companies. In the companies like Hyundai, Nissan, Nokia, and Flextronics their vendor units, the scraps will be collected at the conveyor yard. All round the clock we flow scraps in our industry and due to this at any time there will be minimum of 15 to 30 lorries in the queue. Everyday we have to move about 100 MT of lime wire scraps in and around Tamil Nadu.

Man Power

In this firm around 250 people are working directly and indirectly in various areas starting from conveyor yard to other activities like transport, security, damping, bundling, cutting machine, loading, unloading, accounts and Administration.
